Claire S. Fox is a partner in The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox. As a partner of the firm, Claire S. Fox manages all aspects of the firm, including, but not limited to, associates and supporting staff, and has substantial experience in the areas of divorce, family law, custody and visitation (intrastate and interstate), child support, spousal support, modification of support, division of community / separate property, confirmation of separate property, restraining orders / domestic violence, paternity, pre‐marital / postmarital agreements and other related complex civil and appeals litigation. Claire Fox’ concentration has been in the area of family law and appeals.

Claire S. Fox is an active member of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Santa Monica Bar Association.

Claire S. Fox received her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Claire Fox is also admitted to practice before the federal courts in the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
