Henry A. Frank O. Fox

Frank O. Fox is the co-founder of The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox.  Mr. Fox has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of Family  Law, Probate, Trusts and Wills.  Mr. Fox is a Certified Family Law Specialist and has been practicing for more than 25 years.  Mr. Fox has been principal counsel and successfully represented client in matters involving complex divorce litigation, child and spousal support, custody and visitation, restraining orders and domestic violence, division of community and/or separate property issues, paternity, nullity, mediation and/or negotiation of family law disputes, psychological and counseling aspects of dissolution of marriage, palimony, probate, wills, trust, conservatorships, guardianships, estate and trust planning and other related complex civil and appellate litigation.

Mr. Fox utilizes his exceptionally high level of experience / expertise in Family Law, Probate, Wills and Trust, in successfully representing his clients.

Mr. Fox greatly enjoys his practice and helping his clients.

Mr. Fox is an active member of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Bar Associations.  Mr. Fox also participates in community affairs, serves as a volunteer Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and was an active participant in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Family Law Judge Pro Tem Program.  Mr. Fox has the highest rating “AV” from Martindale-Hubble.

Mr. Fox received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985.  He is also a member of the Minnesota and District Of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice before the federal courts in the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.  Mr. Fox is also a licensed real estate broker and notary public with the California Secretary Of State.

Claire S. Fox is an active partner in The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox.  Ms. Fox governs, represents and manages the firm’s thriving and developing practice.  Ms. Fox specializes in complex appellate and family law litigation, and has successfully represented clients in litigating matters concerning dissolution, legal separation and nullity, jurisdiction and venue, property division, spousal support, child support, child custody and visitation, parentage, pre and post-marital agreements, domestic violence, civil and appellate matters.  

Ms. Fox avidly enjoys serving clients and their legal needs/goals, and ensures the firm's full compliance with legal and ethical obligations.

Ms. Fox is an active member of the California State Bar, Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Bar Associations.  Ms. Fox received her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School and was admitted to practice in California in 2002.  Ms. Fox is also admitted to practice before the federal courts in the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
